ABOUT NICHOLS CROWDER
The Moorabbin office of Nichols Crowder Property Solutions (formerly known as Nichols Weber Property Solutions ), is enjoying an emerging profile as the leading commercial real estate agency in the Bayside and Kingston areas.
With the opening of the Carrum Downs office in 2007 and teaming up Michael Crowder and Richard Wraith, we are seeing our profile increase considerably and extending to include, Carrum Downs, Frankston and the Peninsula areas.
From relatively humble beginnings Nichols Crowder attributes its growth to its commitment to providing tailored property solutions for its clients.
As every client's property requirements are unique, we take our clients through a 'Needs Analysis' in order to establish what their particular needs are and then tailor an approach and provide solutions.
This ensures everyone's objective and expectations are met, ideally exceeded. In developing these solutions for our clients we draw upon on our key strengths of innovative thinking, in-depth market knowledge and value-adding.
The types of solutions we're often asked to provide include:
- Advising on what to do with a property.
- Marketing a property for sale and achieve the highest realization.
- Identifying investment and owner occupier opportunities.
- Locating development sites.
- Recommendations on how to add value to a property.
- Finding and securing excellent tenants.
- Managing properties to maximize returns and minimize hassles for owners.
We continually strive for better solutions for our clients.
As such we keep abreast of all activity in the area that may effect industrial and commercial property including: sales evidence, council decisions, rezoning developments, company moves, legislation changes, vendor responsibilities to name a few and advise accordingly.
We like to think that clients can come to us with the confidence that they will receive good advice and ideas to assist them in their property decisions.
We take great pride in seeing our clients make the right decisions, however with so much change taking place in the local area, quality information and insight is critical.
Recent changes including the construction of Eastlink which will further open up the Carrum Downs, Frankston and Peninsula areas, the rezoning of the Bayside Industrial Area and Melbourne 2030 planning scheme, provide excellent opportunities as well as increasing the need to keep informed.
We get excited about change as it creates opportunities for our clients. We take a proactive approach to ensure we have a complete understanding of the complexities and how our clients can benefit.
We are proud of our contribution in this regard and look forward to continuing to support the growth of the South Eastern, Frankston and Peninsula areas.
