Whether you are an owner, tenant or business owner no doubt you are always keen to keep in touch with the latest property information and trends.

Nichols Crowder takes into account a variety of factors including demographics, economics, statistics, market knowledge and sales evidence to identify emerging commercial property trends. We then apply our learnings to your property and convey what it might mean for you.

In 2008 we held two information sessions, entitled FREEWAY TO SUCCESS, which looked at the possible impact the new EastLink Fwy would have on commercial property.

They were a great success attended by over 240 commercial property owners, developers and investors.

If you missed the sessions we would be more than happy to discuss our findings with you and in particular the implications they may have for your property and business.

In summary, we anticipate that 30-40% of businesses in Melbourne’s south-east will relocate to benefit from the infrastructure.  Bayside/Kingston’s large industrial businesses are set to move towards Carrum Downs and Dandenong. Smaller businesses with higher office / showroom content are tipped to move into the highly sort after Bayside area.

Add to this a healthy flow of businesses who wish to move closer to home and take advantage of the cost/time savings EastLink has to offer.

With so much movement, there are new opportunities for Commercial Property Owners and Developers to prosper.
